I appreciated the professionalism of owner William MacKay. He installed a new roof, thoroughly explained my options re repair vs. replacement, took pictures of the project as it progressed and kept me up-to-date thru both email and phone. Roofing project completed in just one day. Even though there was a little more work than anticipated (removing layers of old roof), Mr. MacKay stuck by the contracted price. Cleaned up very nicely — one would not have known that a roof replacement had taken place. Overall, I am very please and highly recommend William MacKay.

Wow were can I began frist they were very repecful and answered all my question about a flat roof. The price that they gave did not change , they did a fantastic job the best.. And I am having them come back to do more work on my house. They felt like family was in the house. Thank you Mr. Mackay and sons for everthing.

Fantastic Experience! Called them on a Friday afternoon, estimate Saturday morning, work started Monday morning and completed by lunch. Mr. Mackay was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the details of my roof, what my options were and his recommended fix. Will recommend to my neighbors!

I appreciated the opinions of both MacKay brothers that my existing roof was indeed a done with good workmanship, having no obvious flaws. And that I did not need a flat roof replacement. They did patches along all of the seams with concrete compound, mesh, then another layer of concrete again. They build relationships with their customers for the long term & also included 2 more chances free of charge to patch the roof again just in case this one doesn’t do the trick (free of charge). No hard selling either for me to select them as the contractor.
