I appreciated the opinions of both MacKay brothers that my existing roof was indeed a done with good workmanship, having no obvious flaws. And that I did not need a flat roof replacement. They did patches along all of the seams with concrete compound, mesh, then another layer of concrete again. They build relationships with their customers for the long term & also included 2 more chances free of charge to patch the roof again just in case this one doesn’t do the trick (free of charge). No hard selling either for me to select them as the contractor.
