He installed a new roof, thoroughly explained my options re repair vs. replacement, took pictures of the project as it progressed and kept me up-to-date thru both email and phone. Roofing project completed in just one day. Even though there was a little more work than anticipated (removing layers of old roof), Mr. MacKay stuck by the contracted price.
